September Inspirations by Catherine Giguère

Hello Blue Fern Studios Fans!
Here's my turn to share with you three new layouts. This month, I had so much fun with the gorgeous Amber & Apricot paper collection.

 'Incroyable'

For this layout, I used the Amber & Apricot "Birdsong" paper as background. I put a coat of clear gesso on it and I added texture by applying modeling paste through a stencil. Then, I applied yellow and green inks and I stamped many details with BFS stamps and brown ink.

I embossed my title 'Incroyable' with BFS Imagine Ink embossing powder 'Forest'.

I embossed one 'Trailing Scroll' with BFS Imagine Ink embossing powder 'Nutmeg' and the 'Krystal's frame' with BFS Imagine Ink embossing powder 'Ginger'.

I embossed the 'Swirly Circle' chipboard with BFS Imagine Ink embossing powder 'Nutmeg'.

I embossed the title with the same color. I glued many 'Twig' Seedlings to add texture to my background.

  1. Can't wait until I will be able to actually use the new stamp....have been waiting a long time for this pattern, but it will be well worth it!
