If these walls could talk - layout by Vicky Alberto

This is the cute bungalow we moved from last year (yet remained in the same community), after purchasing our lake house. I still get emotional when I think of almost 18 years worth of memories in that place.

For this layout I used Blue Fern's gorgeous Remnants paper collection, coordinating adhesive shapes, lace, flowers, garden daisies chipboard and tattered walls ephemera. A few little embellishments from my stash to tie everything together.

On the close-up, you can see that I used Blue Fern's lavender seedlings on the garden daisies chipboard. They perfectly matched the purple lilacs in the photo. I still miss all the pretty lilacs we had on that property! Well, as always... thanks for stopping by to take a peek at my project today.

  1. What a Beautiful Page . That's what I call scrapbooking! where the photo tells the story and is not overwhelmed by everything else on the page.

  2. It is always hard to move away from memories! I'm so glad to see you scrapping again Vicky! I've missed seeing your beautiful work!
