I added some green ink on my back ground.
Than I added texture with the Forever stamp set.
I have used Stormy sky embossing powder on my Turkish Bites chipboard and Avocado embossing powder on my Abstracted chipboard.
My title ''Born to be wild!'' has been altered with Breeze embossing powder. I really like to use different colors of embossing powder on the same layout !

Journey by Phyllis Fernandez

Hey Blue Fern Studios Fans, Phyllis here to share another layout using papers from the Wanderlust collection!  I'm a huge fan of shades of blues. It reminds me of the water at a beach!

I started stamping with Blue Fern Studios Arcadia Textures stamp and Crackle Textures stamp.  After stamping I did some stenciling using White Crackle Texture paste and molding paste.  For the burlap texture I added some of Blue Fern Studios Embossing powders for hints of color.  Then with my other stencil I only added the White Crackle Texture paste,  it gives it just enough texture to my background.

I also used Blue Fern Studios Corner Flourish chipboard to my layout,  I heat embossed Blue Fern Studios embossing powder and then dry brushed Gesso to soften the colors so they blend in a little bit.

I did some diecutting with the Wanderlust papers for more texture.  I added Wanderlust Lilies flowers and a few flowers from the Apricot Blooms flowers.  The "Journey" chipboard sticker from Wanderlust collection went perfect with this layout!

For more texture (because I can never have enough) I added beads,  art stones and Blue Fern Studios seedlings and embossing powder glitter.  I gathered some embellishments from my stash to complete this layout!

Wanderlust Calling Cards Paper
Wanderlust Pacific Coast Paper

A New Layout from our Fan of the Month!

Hey Crafty friends,  Phyllis here to share another layout using Blue Fern Studios products.
The Correspondence paper from the Sanctuary collection is a gorgeous patterned paper with hues of
brown and gray. I wanted to make sure that the pattern and color would show through,
so everything else for this layout had to be light in color.

Once I figured out my design I started placing my flowers and diecuts.

Then I used Blue Fern Studios Tattered Diamond Bits Chipboard and heat embossed the bits.
I added some cheesecloth, beads, and glitter to give alittle more interest.
Once I adhered everything down I got my acrylic paint out and did some flicking with the paint.

I used a paper punch to cut out some flowers using my Blue Fern Scraps.
I also used scraps to die cut and used them to create texture and my background.

Supplies:
Sanctuary Collection ~ Correspondence
Serendipity Collection ~ Imagination & Inspiration
Tattered Diamond Bits Chipboard
Breeze, Chili Powder and Fern Embossing Powders

I hope I've inspired you to create something beautiful today,  Blue Fern Studios has Amazing products to create with!

Hi Everyone,

Today it's my turn to share with you my new projects using the Amber & Apricot, Wanderlust  and Courtship Lane collections.

Using stencil and Light Paste I added more texture to the papers.

I also covered the Animals Forest chipboards with Snow Embossing.

And finished the layout with lace, flowers, and other embellishments.

My second layout is called Honey which also incorporates papers from Amber & Apricot collection.

I created the layers by adding Bits of Honey chipboard covered by Antique Gold Embossing Powder.

My last project is a mini album that I made with Courtship Lane collection.

This is one of my favorite collections and I am also using it to create a special project for my Brazilian students.

I did a lot of "fussy cut" with the papers from this collection to decorate the pages. It's a very pretty and affordable way to embellish your projects.

Even though it's not visible from the photo I created pages with lot of secret pockets and tabs.

and more pages...
