New inspirations with Tattered Walls + Mini Album :)

Hello sweeties!
I'm so excited to share with you my inspirations this month, because I've made my first ''mini album'', and I'm proud of this. I used Tattered Walls for my two inspirations.
I've not yet receive my new collection Happy Accident 2, but stay tuned for inspirations next month.

Our Big Adventure
( Tattered Walls )

I used a paper from Amber & Apricot collection with my paper of Tattered Walls collection.

I choosed to mixed them because the paper Yesteryear from Amber & Apricot have a little flowers yellow inside the design.

A mix of yellow flowers : Attic Charms Glitters Roses, and under the Fresh Florals the light yellow lillies frm Wanderlust Lilies kit....
And the deer ... so much tiny, it's cut from an old Christmas chipboard and embossed with OATMEAL

Can you see the seedlings? They are translucent, so cute on my background.

At The Coast
( Wanderlust, Tattered Walls )

Last summer the kids of my boyfriend went on a trip to the Magdalen Islands, with their mother. I created a mini album to keep the memories of this unforgettable summer.

My title is embossed in two part, first I embossed the half with snow embossing powder. In second part I added, on entire chiboard At The Coast ,14 Karats embossing powder, which gives as final result two shades of gold. I stamped on a white paper lot of Wanderlust Stamps and I cut them out to use as embellishement.

I used Serendipity REMINISCE for the background of the interior of my album. I think it's a perfect mixte with the old pink and the black color of the Tattered Walls collection. For the decorations I played with the EPHEMERAS of the collection.

One of my favorite stamp, I love how this little arrow make also a letter X.

''Travel'' is embossed with 14 karats embossing powder. added to this a stamps from ''For the Bird'' stamp kit, and a stamp from ''Arrived'' cut in a pieces.

For the Birds and Dispatch stamps mixed together make a pretty embellishment.

And a small butterfly from the stamp Bourbon Street ...

Again small pieces of stamps cut out and a piece of ephemera.

And look at the front cover, I used the wanderlust paper '' SOUVENIR ''
which reminds the design of a road map.

July Inspiration with Yuko

Blue Fern Studios DT work is in July.

This month I made it with summerlike feeling 2 works and hydrangea photos.

First is my first work.

【Living In The MOMENT】

I used wonder Lust series.

From the paper of the design of the sunflower

I thought of using this picture.

I also used the printed wood chip board of the same wonder Lust series.

The big title has a big impact!

I used embossed powder ginger.

In the image it glows gold and it is shiny

Actually it is gold that has fallen a bit.

It is a picture when We went to see a big bridge.

The chip board is embossed with HOTCOCOA.

Because I suffer from color and embossed many times, it became thick.

I put a lame on the cheesecloth with Seedlings and stickles.

I embossed this chip board with OATMEAL.

Because this chip board can be used in various tastes, favorite ！

I love hydrangea.

Of course I like purple though flowers

I often use hydrangea pictures.

Just push the Distressed Titles stamp into paper and cut it

It is favorite because it will become a title with presence.

July inspiration by Vera Shelemekh + video tutorial

Hello Blue Fern Studios fans.
Vera Shelemekh is here with a couple of Tattered Walls collection projects and video tutorial for one of them. So, get ready your crafty hands and prepare your Blue Fern Studio papers and media... the show is beginning.
The first layout is full of bright flowers and summer breeze. The photo is matching the palette of the background. By the way this is Tattered Walls - Suite 204 paper with just several stains of green acrylic paint.

The frame has been embossed with Avocado and Lime powder.

This bird was cut out of the round shape ephemera.

 I love to add small accents with stamping and seedlings.

 And the chipboard birds are taken from the Spring Day set

This time chips are embossed with Antique gold, Starry night and Stormy skies pwders

 I used one of the spring blooms, it looks really fresh and stylish.

 The seashell is also embossed with Starry night and I've chosen a couple of Ephemera pieses from the Tattered walls set.

July Inspiration - Joanne Bain

Hi Everyone!!

Joanne here with you today sharing a couple of layouts featuring Tattered Walls, Wanderlust and Blue Fern Chipboard. Both projects have been created similar as I am creating a serious of layouts to hang on our hallway wall. This also will be my final post as part of this wonderful team, I would like to thank Leslie and Valerie for having me, I have really enjoyed being part of the team.

For my first page I chose to create with the new Tattered Walls collection. The papers of this collection are beautiful and are very versatile as they are suited for both male and female projects. Some papers have the most beautiful floral patterns.

'Follow Your Dreams'

I started this page by layering quiet a few pieces of Blue Fern chipboard. These were all painted with black gesso and on some of the pieces I added Blue Fern Soot glitter. This gave a little bit of a sparkle. 

I then painted the Wanderlust Lillies and Vine in black gesso. These were then all dry brushed with Finnabair waxes. I also added a sprinkling of Soot and Black Ice glitter.

I added some natural wooden buttons, jute and cotton thread for added texture.

For my second layout I mixed collections. I have used the Wanderlust collection and some paper from the Tattered Walls collection. It is quiet a dark page but I have given it a slight pop of purple to make it a little feminine.

'Let Your Light Shine'

This page was created in the same way as the page above except the main bulk of this cluster is the vine and flowers. I have coloured these once painted with black gesso with finnabair waxes.

I have used 2 Blue Fern chipboard corner flourishes. These were both cut in half and layered at both ends of the cluster. On the left side of the photo to create extra interest I have added and Opulence chipboard flourish.

I have once again added a slight sprinkling of Soot glitter just to give a slight sparkle when the light catches it.
